二訪好吃的 瑰覓Gui Mi逢甲義大利麵～
現(xiàn)在菜單多了很多品項(xiàng)可選擇耶

??內(nèi)用紅茶無(wú)限暢飲
??部分品項(xiàng)還免費(fèi)加飯、加麵
是不是超佛心呀，不過(guò)食量一般的話
不需要加量，本身份量就很足夠囉
(若加量卻浪費(fèi)會(huì)收清潔費(fèi)捐公益唷)

這間是位於逢甲商圈2樓的店面
有點(diǎn)小隱密，要注意看小心別錯(cuò)過(guò)囉
店內(nèi)有復(fù)古唱片裝潢，還有拍照牆～

吃義大利麵我最重視的是"醬汁"
瑰覓的醬汁除了高達(dá)10幾種之外
而且都是店家自己研發(fā)調(diào)製的
不僅味道好，也讓人吃的安心
這也是我最喜歡他們家的理由～

#白松露爐烤鮭魚(yú)菲力義大利麵? $429
一上桌就被霸氣的鮭魚(yú)菲力驚艷到
沒(méi)想到是這麼大一塊又厚厚的呀
表面醬汁微甜，切開(kāi)還保有水份
配上奢華"白松露"，更是香溢四起

#蝦醬干貝蛤蜊義大利麵? $399
充滿鮮味的蛤蜊與干貝，都是我的愛(ài)
蝦醬基底很特別少見(jiàn)，醬汁挺濃郁的
先使用小魚(yú)乾、櫻花蝦等食材爆香
有點(diǎn)泰式+臺(tái)式的風(fēng)味，我蠻喜歡～

#明太子大干貝鮭魚(yú)卵義大利麵??$480
超浮誇的"Large Siza大干貝" 好猛唷！
它們家有S號(hào)&L號(hào)兩種尺寸的干貝
雖然大干貝售價(jià)較高，但大小差好多
醬汁再融合鮭魚(yú)卵在口中爆破的鮮味
而這款醬汁～也是收的最乾的一道
質(zhì)地很濃稠的更能完整吸附在麵上
不過(guò)也因此提醒要趁熱趕快吃唷

#爆炒蒜味唐楊雞? $139
這個(gè)很讚！挺喜歡的！
裹附著自製甜鹹醬汁與蒜頭爆炒
雞肉也很嫩不乾柴～～～

#金沙鹹蛋薯?xiàng)l? $100
鹹香鹹香很涮嘴，會(huì)一根接一根
挺適合人多一起分食的開(kāi)胃小點(diǎn)

餐點(diǎn)也可以搭配套餐，會(huì)更豐富
