To celebrate dad's birthday, Sophie had already made a reservation about 2 months ago.

11:30還沒到就已經有人開始在入口處等待進場,蘇菲一家算是挺準時到的,所以排了一下下的隊才進去
攻略小建議
反而晚一點去才不用在熱門區域,如:帝王蟹腳、生魚片、螃蟹一帶排隊
Lunch time begins at 11:30, many people have already waited in line
Here's Sophie's suggestation, it's better get there at 12:00~12:30!
You don't need to worry about shortage of the buffet supply, all foods are sufficient for all customers
?12廚顧名思義就是有12區的開放美食區,首先登場的就是生菜區及冷盤類
蘇菲個人私心推薦的就是超鮮美的挪威煙燻鮭魚
It's quite easy to understand why the reastaurant called "Kitchen 12"
It divides into 12 districts, including Salad, Japnaese-style, Western, Chinese, dessert..
In all appetizers,my favorite one is smoked salmon, which tasted fresh and sweet
接著當然就是「吃回本」的精神堡壘所在囉!
還有最經典的,每人來這必排的假日才供應之---帝王蟹腳,別擔心吃不夠,主廚們可是隨時嚴陣以待!
The most popular district is here! Fresh seafood: Crab, Spray, Shrimp
and most of all---King crab is the hottest choice! Definitely you can't miss it!
蘇菲的吃到飽策略就是每一輪都先拿一點試食,基本上一定要把"必吃"跟"想吃"達成
不過其實我挺虧的是不太很敢吃生魚片
How to enjoy your buffet? In my opinion, every round I just take small amount of every dishes
It can make sure you don't miss any thing that worth tasting.
比較之前吃過的寒舍艾美探索廚房和這次的12廚,蘇菲覺得海鮮類這區12廚大勝
能夠吃帝王蟹吃到飽真的有種說不出的幸福感
裡面的蟹肉才會豐富,不會挖了很久只吃到一點點

I think Kitchen 12 win the seafood battle!
Because it's really amazing and joyful to enjoy eating fresh and sweet king crabs with no restriction!
真的是會一吃就上癮,因為真的是好甜好甜,甜中帶汁的濕潤鮮美感,Q彈有嚼勁的美味
Don't forget to choose the best part fulls of crab meat, without surpuls seasoning
the texture and flavor is outstanding
再來就是生魚片專區囉,主廚視情況現切補貨,確保新鮮度,蘇菲小試了一下鮭魚
非常新鮮,沒有我害怕的腥味,非?;樀目诟校习钟谐缘綆追N入口即化的
但可能我的品生魚片段數不高,還無法領略箇中滋味阿
Sashimi is another welcome dish in the restaurant, Sophie's dad made high comment about it
He said some of them just melted right away when he put them in mouth?
如果你喜歡吃日式冷麵、手捲(有鮮蝦、蝦卵、蘆筍口味)、味噌湯也都可以在這區取用
There are also cold noodles, hand roll(Japanese:temaki, with shrimp/chrimp roe/asparagus)
and some Japanese-style food you can choose in this district
看完冷盤類選擇之後,接著就到熱食區來逛逛囉!首先引起蘇菲興趣的就是---印度美食區
如果你喜歡吃各種香料燉煮的料理,來這區會讓你嗅覺和味覺舞動!
Here we come to hot dishes, first, if you like to try different flavors from Idian spices, you can't miss here!
主廚貼心切好一小片一小片的奶油南餅(印度甩餅),讓我們自己選擇要搭配的醬料或酌料
這裡有薄荷醬、芒果醬、羅望子醬、咖哩肉丸、燉扁豆..等,搭著餅吃超涮嘴的!
You can choose from mint dressing to mango chutney, or match curry meat ball with butter naan?
菜色選擇上跟一般的自助餐有所不同,大多是從傳統菜色去作變化的創意料理
中式菜色必吃的是豬腳!外皮燉的入味又Q,不會過於軟爛,嚼勁十足,肉質也是超軟嫩
I think all the Chinese dishes maintain the tradional taste but create a brand new image
You should try some pig's knuckles(feets?)~Delicious!
另外也有臺灣道地的現煎魚品,現煮的擔仔麵、港式叉燒、油雞、燒賣、蒸蛋、苦瓜排骨湯等
眾多的選擇,除了有一貫的好味道,也讓饕客們飽足感直線上升

眾人大推的爐烤現切牛肉,鮮嫩多汁,烘烤的恰恰好的粉紅色,搭配紅酒醬,美味五星星!
Roasted U.S beef, is?perfectly cooked and had beautiful pink color,?is matched with red wine sauce?
炸雞排包魚肉沾奶醬,還有焗烤淡菜和大干貝,各種料理都有其特色風味
