3月下旬家人生日,全家相約前往位於臺(tái)北市信義區(qū)松仁路58號(hào),「遠(yuǎn)百A13 」大樓14樓,主打臺(tái)式經(jīng)典熱炒菜色、生啤、精釀啤酒與現(xiàn)撈海鮮的餐廳「筷炒」,在掌舵的年輕主廚張倚瑄的妙手下,從大家熟悉的臺(tái)式經(jīng)典菜色,加入他獨(dú)特的創(chuàng)意,混搭包括泰式酸辣、南洋咖哩、日式味噌在內(nèi)等亞洲多國(guó)料理特色風(fēng)味做法,打造出臺(tái)式熱炒2.0版的精緻料理,再加上店內(nèi)精心設(shè)計(jì),時(shí)髦現(xiàn)代又乾淨(jìng)的用餐空間,很快地就競(jìng)爭(zhēng)白熱化的臺(tái)北東區(qū)百貨美食中闖出名號(hào),吸引了老中青三代的客人一起來(lái)嚐鮮! 

 

當(dāng)晚依預(yù)約時(shí)間提早前往,出電梯後映入眼簾的是長(zhǎng)方型半開(kāi)放式的餐廳,藍(lán)底金字的招牌設(shè)計(jì),顯得高雅而時(shí)尚,順著中央走廊一路到底,餐廳入口設(shè)在右手邊,整間餐廳空間設(shè)計(jì)別有洞天,原木裝潢給人一種溫暖的感受。

走進(jìn)餐廳內(nèi),用餐空間分成三部份,明亮的燈光讓整個(gè)空間十分溫馨,左手邊是包廂,可容納兩桌約16 ~ 20客人聚餐,中間是一般四人桌為主,分成靠牆沙發(fā)桌與一般桌,桌上都已擺放好餐盤(pán)與餐具,中間的後方就是廚房,因?yàn)槭怯單恢疲T(mén)口都有專人引導(dǎo)入座。

 右手邊長(zhǎng)方形餐廳是剛剛從電梯上來(lái)時(shí)看到的部份,以八人桌為主,當(dāng)天就在店員引導(dǎo)進(jìn)入其間用餐。

店員送上內(nèi)用菜單,除開(kāi)公司經(jīng)營(yíng)理念與特色介紹,菜單分成商務(wù)套餐,以晚餐菜單,晚餐菜單分成開(kāi)胃菜、熱炒、炸物、蒸物、烤物、湯品、甜品與飲品,供客人點(diǎn)選,店內(nèi)用餐會(huì)加收一成小費(fèi)。另有外帶菜單,則分成涼菜、熱炒、海鮮、蔬菜、主食、湯品與甜點(diǎn),每個(gè)種類下方都有多道不同風(fēng)味美食,

當(dāng)天點(diǎn)了臺(tái)梗九號(hào)米製成的白飯(NT$30/碗),米粒晶瑩剔透熱熱的配菜吃,一整個(gè)很下飯。

接著端上了兩道開(kāi)胃菜「去骨油雞」(NT$350/盤(pán))、「菜脯玉子燒」(NT$150/盤(pán))與一道熱炒「肉絲炒水蓮」(NT$260/盤(pán)),色澤迷人讓人食欲大開(kāi)!

 第一道是開(kāi)胃涼菜「去骨油雞」(NT$350/盤(pán))入口清爽不油膩,完全去骨肉質(zhì)軟嫩鮮美好咀嚼,上面放了枸杞調(diào)味兼裝飾,下方鋪上高麗菜切絲,賞心悅目。

第二道同樣是開(kāi)胃涼菜 「菜脯玉子燒」(NT$150/盤(pán))一端上桌就吸引了大家的目光,日式玉子燒飽滿紮實(shí)入口軟嫩,臺(tái)式菜脯泥與葉放在玉子燒上面,巧妙融合臺(tái)日經(jīng)典傳統(tǒng)食材,撞擊出創(chuàng)意新滋味。

第三道是熱炒「肉絲炒水蓮」(NT$260/盤(pán)),翠綠的水蓮炒到入口爽脆,搭配肉絲一起咀嚼,清爽中帶點(diǎn)鹹鹹的肉香很下飯。

第四道是熱炒「蛋酥炒高麗菜」(NT$220/盤(pán)),高麗菜炒到十分清脆,佐以蛋酥,吃起來(lái)爽口。

 第五道是熱炒「古早味阿嬤炸蛋」(NT$250/盤(pán)),古早味的荷包蛋煎出新食感,入口香氣瀰漫嘴邊舌尖,讓人回味再三。

第六道是店內(nèi)深受歡迎的招牌菜之一「韮香芙蓉塔」(NT$300/盤(pán)),店員一送上桌還特別叮嚀大家要趁熱馬上嚐才好吃因?yàn)樗怯瑟?dú)家粉漿搭配乾粉沾裹芙蓉豆腐製作而成,再佐以韮菜末、番茄泥與獨(dú)門(mén)醬汁才大功告成,外皮內(nèi)餡入口軟嫩味道十分獨(dú)特迷人,如果過(guò)了五分鐘外皮冷掉了,味道就會(huì)減分,所以一定要趁熱吃的美味料理。

 第七道是蒸物「蒜蓉蒸絲瓜」(NT$280/盤(pán)),一整盤(pán)琳瑯滿目團(tuán)團(tuán)圓圓的絲瓜,順著盤(pán)擺放得喜氣洋洋,入口溫潤(rùn)又富調(diào)味,不會(huì)過(guò)於嗆辣,跟白飯一起吃也很有味道!

第十一道是「蛤蜊湯」(NT$300/鍋)  ,精挑細(xì)選過(guò)的蛤蜊肉大肥美,細(xì)心烹煮全部都打開(kāi),大家吃的十分開(kāi)心,簡(jiǎn)單的薑絲調(diào)味過(guò)後,湯頭一整個(gè)入口溫潤(rùn)暖身又暖心!
